Start With Your Lawn, Not the Wire Spool

Before comparing wire gauges or kits, measure the route your wire must travel. That route includes the outer edge of the mowing area, islands around trees or garden beds, and any narrow channels the mower needs to cross. A basic property sketch is enough to reveal where your installation will need extra length.
